Emma’s entire approach is informed by a drive to provide people with simple, effective, easily applied tools that are solidly based in research. Emma has a unique ability to take complex scientific information and make it accessible, easy to understand, and directly applicable to individuals’ personal and professional lives.

Bachelors’ in Kinesiology, graduated summa cum laude
Emma has delivered Stress Performance Training to over 270 frontline law enforcement officers, as well as 80 police trainers. She has collaborated with Use of Force Training offices as well as Police Vehicle Operations training units.
Emma brings her stress expertise to her work with professionals in the high stress roles in finance, law, and medicine, among others. She delivers Stress Performance Training in the form of professional development workshops, keynote speaking, and individual counselling.
In addition to 20 years in professional sport herself (as a horse trainer), Emma has counselled numerous athletes in both life skills and the mental side of sport. She has worked with teams as well as individuals, ranging in age from under 10 to over 65.
