Experience

Police

Emma has delivered Stress Performance Training to over 270 frontline law enforcement officers, as well as 80 police trainers. She has collaborated with Use of Force Training officers as well as Police Vehicle Operations training units.

Corporate Workers

Emma brings her stress expertise to her work with professionals in the high stress roles of finance, law, and medicine, among others. She delivers Stress Performance Training in the form of professional development workshops, keynote speaking, and individual counselling.

Athletes

In addition to 20 years as a sport professional herself, Emma has counselled numerous athletes in life skills and the mental side of sport. She has worked with teams as well as individuals, ranging in age from under 10 to over 65.
