Overview

This is a 5 day course for those who teach skills that will be used under stress. It is a combination of theory and hands-on practice that prepares trainers to either teach the course themselves, or to integrate the training into existing programming.

  • Complete scenarios, use biofeedback (heart rate and heart rate variability), learn to interpret biofeedback

  • Apply learning theory points, practice recognizing signs of motor skill level, contextual interference, etc.
